POSITION          :    Manager –Sales & Marketing

REPORT TO       :   Director

Location             :  Gujarat, Delhi, Chennai, Banglore, Hyderabad, Pune

Rocland Pvt Ltd is a group company of RCR Industrial Flooring, Spain which is a part of Serafin, Germany. RCR are leaders in industrial concrete floor solutions and Rocland is a part of product division. Rocland are leaders in floor hardners, colour floor hardners and range of cementitious screed products. Rocland India also deals in Floor joint protection products from group company PERMABAN LTD., U.K. with facility in pune & floor densification and polishing products from RINOL, Italy, Rocland has manufacturing facilities in Khopoli, Pune Maharashtra and Vadodara, Gujarat.

Rocland is expanding to meet its expansion plan, it is recruiting PAN -India.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for complete sales & marketing of products in assigned region.
• Introduction of Products, concepts to architects, developing the specifications to suit Rocland products, getting brand / products approved, demonstrations and presentations.
• Should be working in Industrial and commercial segments
• Working with flooring contractors in product training, promotion, sales helping them in discussion with client for approvals.
• Meeting Architects, Contractors, Project developers, Project Heads of various companies.
• Identifying projects, Lead generation, offer submission & closure of contracts.
• Post order activities like dispatches, Co-ordination, Payments etc.
• Identifying government departments with potential getting product approvals forming specifications.

Desired Candidates:

• Graduate (preferably civil engineering) with min 8 to 10 yrs of experience with MBA from reputed institute
• Experience in sales of construction chemicals, construction material or with experience in projects selling, concept selling, cement products, flooring products.
• Must have good verbal & written communication skills
• Willing to travel extensively.
